It is housing and real estate company established in 1990 as a private limited company by registering with the Joint Stock Company of the government but starts its journey towards land development in 2004 and obtained REHAB membership no. 495 in 2008. Now it’s a renowned name of trust in land developing sector.
The prime goal of Dakhina Real Estate is to cater the ever-increasing housing need and playing important role along with other private developers in providing housing regardless of high, middle and low income people. The ever increasing population had put enormous pressure on the limited amount of land still available in and around the existing city to provide basic civic facilities including housing. In this context Dakhina Rea Estate came forward to make more lands livable for Dhaka city dwellers with the objective to develop land for housing and other community services for middle and upper middle income groups of the people.
PROJECT LOCATION: The project is at door distance from Uttara Model Town. The project is situated at the western side of Uttara 3rd Phase and northern side of Amin Bazar. This factory is running well till to date and income source among some unemployed people is generated which is contributing in the national economy as well as maintaining the growth of GDP.

As a result it is helping to the country’s people to meet up the requirement of protein, at the same time, earning foreign currency by exporting the same in abroad. But required fish preservation industries was not established. To involve ourselves in this economic activities and to mitigate this problem we came forward to establish this kind of industries 1980. After that we also became interested to go for fish cultivation project and established number of projects. In this way, we can preserve the fish of our project and preservation facilities also given to the other business entrepreneurs. This business is running with our entire satisfaction.
